For things to last, we must take care of them! This applies to our precious fibers and materials used to create our outerwear and 100% cashmere.
Take Care: Your garment may be a little creased from transportation. In that case, simply hang it up, and within 24-48 hours, the creases will fade. If you cannot wait that long, you can steam the garment. However, we do not recommend steaming 100% cashmere pieces; the creases will usually disappear with body heat once worn.
Faux Fur
Your faux fur may need time to regain volume. To restore volume and shape, simply use your hairdryer on a cool setting and lightly blow dry in a leftward direction. Alternatively, shake your garment upside down until the fur regains volume.
If your faux fur garment becomes wet in the rain, please hang it in a well-ventilated area.
Due to the nature of faux furs, they may slightly differ from the pictures on our website due to lighting.
You may notice loose hairs while wearing your faux fur, but this will naturally stop after a few wears. Avoid direct sunlight for extended periods, as this can damage the item's color.
100% Cashmere
Cashmere is one of the world’s most precious and sought-after natural materials. Here are our tips and tricks for caring for your cashmere:
Cashmere is a sensitive fiber and will maintain its shape when folded or rolled in a breathable drawer. Please do not hang your cashmere pieces.
For hand washing, turn your garments inside out and hand wash using warm water (no more than 40 degrees) and a delicate detergent. Submerge the garment and swirl it around in the water. If there are any particular areas that need more attention, apply detergent directly to the area and massage gently. Pour out the water and clump the garment into a loose ball, then press it against the side of the tub or sink to squeeze out excess water. Be careful not to wring or twist the garment as it will warp the shape. Lay the wet jumper on a large towel and roll it up firmly but not too tight. Apply pressure to the rolled towel to help extract more water from the garment. Place the jumper on a fresh, dry towel and let it dry in the shade on a flat surface. Direct sunlight will damage the garment.
Dry Clean: It is strongly advised that all items be cleaned by a specialist dry cleaner only.
